The Story of the Bishop’s Board — Region XII

Across the vast expanse of Region XII — from coastal cities to desert congregations, from small assemblies to growing ministries — the work of the Church has always depended on leaders who carry both spiritual depth and practical wisdom. Our region is diverse, spread out, and constantly evolving. Yet through every season, God has raised up District Elders who stand as steady shepherds, builders, and protectors of the Apostolic faith.

The Bishop’s Board exists because the future of Region XII requires more than administration. It requires fathers. It requires visionaries. It requires men who can see beyond their local assignment and carry the weight of the region on their shoulders with humility, clarity, and courage.

Every Bishop begins as a District Elder — but not every District Elder becomes a Bishop. The difference is not rank. It is readiness.
