Your Responsibilities as a District Elder
- Provide pastoral oversight to all churches in your district.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly reports are submitted on time.
- Support pastors with guidance, training, and accountability.
- Attend Diocese and Region XII leadership meetings.
- Maintain communication with the Diocese Bishop.
- Review ministry health analytics and progress indicators.
